Eligibility and account registration
Access to the private archive is by invitation. To become a member, use an invitation to register with a valid email address and complete email verification. By registering, you confirm that you are legally able to agree to these terms. Please provide accurate account information and keep it current.
Archive access is for the registered member only. An invitation or account does not guarantee that every item will always be available; access may depend on an item's publication status or availability window.
Account security and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in links confidential, using your account responsibly, and promptly letting Moon Tigress know if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not share account access, impersonate another person, or use the archive to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
Free access, with no subscription or payment collection
Membership is currently free. The archive does not require a subscription and does not collect payment details for membership. Access is provided for personal, non-commercial use and may be updated as the archive evolves. These terms do not promise that any particular content will be added or remain available.
Private material and redistribution
Unreleased music, private journal entries, works in progress, production notes and other members-only material are for your personal access within the archive. Unless you have prior written permission from the relevant rights holder, do not copy, publish, distribute, share, publicly perform, sell, or otherwise make private material available to others.
Streaming-only access to unreleased audio
Unreleased audio is provided for streaming through the archive only. Downloads are not offered. You must not download, extract, record, capture, or redistribute unreleased audio or attempt to bypass access controls. Streaming access is subject to technical availability and the access rules shown for each item.
Suspension, termination and account deletion
Moon Tigress may restrict or suspend archive access when reasonably necessary to protect members, content, or the service; respond to suspected misuse, security concerns or legal obligations; or enforce these terms. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the action and any steps available to resolve it. Access may also end if the archive or an item is withdrawn.
You may request account deletion through the account controls in the archive. Deletion requests are reviewed and handled subject to applicable legal, security and record-retention requirements. For information about personal information, see the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the membership archive or its requirements change. The latest version will be posted here. If you continue using the archive after an update, the updated terms will apply to your future use, subject to any rights that cannot be limited by law.
